Hi, could use a help with this commercial F&B hot water dispenser.

Fetco HWB-2105 TOD Hot Water Dispenser

I'm being told by the local importer that the rates is

Duties tax: 30%
Sales tax: 25%
Tax for boiler items:10%
Freight charge: 20%

Smells a bit BS to me, so it would be nice if someone could give a second opinion.
