i want to ask.. this tax will be charge if you order atleast how many item? if 3 dvd only?

i mean i buy this 3 dvds from ebay...

i received my package of 3 DVDs from ebay (US) - mail it to Sarawak. gosh i almost charge for Kastam, but luckily the person work at the counter that evening, skip me and ask me to go free with my 3 dvds, because the kastam people is not in yet. and my stuff is collected at Pos Laju office.

i was wondering, its only 3 documentary dvd also will be charge? or is it Sarawak government rules to check and charge?

because last 2 months, im buying one book.. but mail to KL address.. it arrived without poslaju, but other courier, no charge and delivered to my door.

susah also right, if depends on luck. i thought if small amount of things no need charge. i thought all this while the bulk stuff only charge for tax... things like 1 books, dvds less than 4 is NO TAX.

yea i think my first order the 1 book... using other courier because it doesnt link to poslaju = so i assume no tax

the 3 dvd, i dont know why it link to poslaju = i think if link got charge.

if i buy music CD from ebay will kena tax or not? let say like 2-3 music cds?

im confuse... the delivery from overseas to malaysia will go under Pos Malaysia?

last time i order a thick book, it was deliver to my house not under pos malaysia. i forgot how the lady in US delivery it. maybe private courier? so i was wondering private courier do not go through pos malaysia? because the item was infront of my door without any letter asking me to take it at any pos malaysia. but i found out there is a hole under the box. maybe books no tax?

second item, was 3 dvd, this one i received the red card asking to collect at pos malaysia, it was at miri pos office. but then the person who incharge let me go, because the kastam people not back from lunch yet funny, he ask me run but make it like walking LOL!

still havent confirm on books... nobody know if it kena tax or not?

if oversea friend send present/gift with books, dvd, also kena tax ah?

but my book, it was infront my door step i was at home actually but in the bath room. when i open the door, i saw a box with my book. dont know who send it, pos malaysia or private courier. but i can see there is a hole under it, maybe they already check and see what is inside, books then they release and send it to me directly.
