wat is we don't pay for the taxes, will the goods go back to the seller?

But the thing is the item I bought is a cell phone, which may need me to pay for SIRIM RM200. That is something cost half of the phone ady, i dunno abt tat before, sigh... and my friend declare it as a gift, but now detained in custom and they will open it for sure, and after the found out its a cell phone, will ask for sirim agian...

sigh, i kinda wan to give it up, and hope it will send back to the seller, and i can ask seller to refund some. but the seller mark it as gift, just hope the custom won't open it lor

hi, anyone can help me clarify the status of my register mail from HK, its a tablet I bought from HK and the declared price is $60. Will I get tax?
