Hi guys, spent around 1 hour reading the 100 pages of this forum but still don't quite get about how it works. I hope that someone can really answer my question over here.

1) Anything + Shipment that exceeds RM500 is taxable. Confirm taxable only after RM500? Below that?

2) Here's my case :
I bought 1 Keyboard (RM36) + 1 USB Hub (RM18) + 1 Watch (RM74) + shipment fee RM42 = RM164 in total. Will this parcel kena tax due to the watch?

It ships from China (Taobao[dot]com = China Ebay)

3) Another parcel:
I plan to buy a Blackberry phone that cost RM240 or a Motorola phone that cost RM260 which I will only select one, include shipping and all will be around RM300 per parcel. Will this parcel be taxed due to the phone? But it is not exceeding RM500 limit right?

4) Lets say today the parcel with phone is taxed and stuck in custom. How many percent should I pay for the phone? The charge the percentage base on the price listed on the Online Site or base on Malaysia Market Price (Market price as in official RRP or Lowyat kind of street price)?

Thank youu, this will help me a lot. smile.gif

yes... 1 sirim approval for 3 set.. cost your around RM250 if theres no increase since
So does that means if I wanna buy phone from overseas I will have to pay RM250 for a Sirim sticker which approve me to bring in 3 units?
For example : 3 smartphones (RM1200 in total) + Sirim sticker(RM250) = RM1450??
And if my parcel kena tahan I really need to travel to KL ah? In Perak dont have?
