I'm importing items about RM4,100. I have questions regarding declaration form.
How does the declaration form works? When do I need the declaration form? Where and how to get the declaration form? Do I need to fill the declaration form before the parcels arrived at custom or only when the items are detained? |

I heard that Custom will tighten the checking process near Chinese New Year. Is it true?
