Sigh my item was suppose to received today

Anyways the item is from Italy and cost 188 Euro shipping another 50 euro and 10 euro in insurance

So a total of 248 euro

I got charged RM 332.69 sigh

I used Fedex and this has never happen to me before, do you think it would be cheaper for me if i go to the customs and talk to them? Do i need to make any appointment before i head on there? Thank you!

Hey guys Ive bought a jeans from europe but the problem is i returned the jeans for another size and now i am being charge another rm 350++ so if i were to pay for the 2nd tax it would cost me close to RM 700

Is it because of Malaysian customs or FEDEX NOT doing their job?

I went to customs at Level 3 i think its called EDI but they told me i couldnt claim because i do not have a K2 form, but this form was suppose to be provided to me by FEDEX.

So currently I am hearing two stories, 1 from Customs(which I need a k2 form so wouldnt have to pay tax for the 2nd time) and FEDEX(No matter what item above rm 500 has been imported to malaysia they have to be taxed).

Has anybody faced returned/warrantied item importing in to Malaysia?

Nono theres no blu-ray, just a jeans it cost about rm 1.1-1.2k

Ive already paid for the taxes why should i pay for the 2nd time that is my question,

i was wondering has anyone in this forum faced such problems with returning / warrantied goods?

Shouldn't items above RM500 be tax? Wow.. thats more expensive than Malaysia price for jersey.. What courier did you use?
