QUOTE(AmigoAmigo @ Jan 1 2018, 02:51 PM) How is digi broadband? Is it worth it? Please don’t take it any other way, have you tested Digi coverage at where you intended to use? If not, get a prepaid to test. If it’s good, pair it with a 4G SIM card router and you won’t go wrong. I’m ok with Digi coverage at my place.

QUOTE(budi1413 @ Jan 5 2018, 10:17 AM) In the near future, 2G will be shutdown anyway. Like in Singapore for example. Yes the day will come when 2G is dead, old folks have no choice but to learn how to use smartphone. Have been working with the old folks in my family to adapt.

QUOTE(sitescope @ Jan 8 2018, 09:56 AM) anyone apply mnp out to digi prepaid via digi website (online) izit hassle free or got lot of prob ? or better go shop ? 3 months ago I MNP to Digi from U, on Digi side it was very efficient received the new SIM card within 2 working days. U made a mistake and delayed my MNP. In the end, it took 6 working days. Take note the telcos' T&C working days. The registered person must be present to receive the SIM card from the courier, as IC is required to show proof you are the correct person. QUOTE(uncle08 @ Jan 25 2018, 12:47 AM) YES 4G with YES Altitude phone will show HD wording instead of VoLTE. Why Maxis don't have one? Voice penetrate through Maxis station already crystal clear enough? Sry I first time experience in using Maxis network in terms of voice. I just know Maxis signal is the best among telco and won't call drop or no voice suddenly like DiGi and other telco. Correct me if I am wrong? Tq I had fair share of problems with M. Late TAC/OTP, SMS, voice calls quality was inconsistent at my place before. So it depends where you stay or use it. Generally they are good but not at my place before I MNP. Don’t care whether they have upgraded their network at my place.

Digi is good at my place compared to Maxis. My needs are simple, I only stream music, and requires online services yet Maxis frequent late OTP/TAC and text messages and slow to look into my complaints. Yes overall their service supposed to be more stable but like me who stay in a place not under Maxis’ radar, I didn’t get good coverage at premium price. Digi is way better and cheaper too.

QUOTE(cringe @ Feb 21 2018, 09:52 PM) After using Webe, U Mobile, finally I port in again to Digi. Whatever it is, Digi internet never dissapoint me. Right now, i'm subscribe to Digi RM30 Internet + call prepaid plans. before this i'm using postpaid but I feel like waste of money. This RM30 plan is more than enough for me I too prefer Digi phone and BB package. Reasonably priced and enough data and calls. My wife and I can’t finish 40GB per month.

Maxis/Hotlink is only good if the coverage signal is stable and reliable. Certainly not at my place. Digi wins hands down.

QUOTE(dgboy @ Mar 9 2018, 01:57 PM) It looks like DG have responded with Live's all-network calls 9am-5pm after you spend RM2 each day. I’m stretching my head how to get this. I have a talk plan with my internet plus. Digi has spammed me with text on this.

All telcos here are the same. Work at their own pace. At least Digi gives me the least problems compared to UMobile and Maxis.

QUOTE(eeeglow24 @ Mar 29 2018, 08:53 AM) Hi, just noticed that now Digi has promo giving free credit for every reload. So let say I topup Rm100 and get RM10 free credit in the next 24h. Then, I continue to subscribe RM30 internet plan after receiving this RM10 free credit, will it consume this RM10 credit pool first or it will only consume my rm100 balance (making my balance become RM70)? I'm still wondering how is the mechanism of this offer, so any feedback much appreciated. Note: the free credit only valid for 3 days. Digi will use your free credit first.
