QUOTE(Cimo @ Aug 30 2017, 07:16 PM) Hmm.. will there be any additional charges on top of what being displayed in the iTunes store? My current credit card did charge additional fee since it is considered as trans-country transactions (can't remember which one, either HK or SG). Yours is cross border charges which some CC will charge, like CIMB for e.g., not all cards have cross border charges. I don't think so, whatever stated in Apps Store is what you are to pay. At least this is what I understand from Google Play Store which Digi already rolled out for it long time ago. This post has been edited by fruitie: Aug 30 2017, 08:18 PM |

QUOTE(Rudd @ Sep 2 2017, 07:12 PM) Can i mnp directly from celcom first gold postpaid to digi prepaid live? If not tied with contract, then yes. You will need to clear your outstanding bill first before porting out.Applied online last week, until now no sms. Knowing Celcom will send a SMS for MNP confirmation before the new telco will start doing it. |

Finally popped in my Infinite SIM into my iPad as I have UniFi 50M in my sister's house. Digi really upgraded the infrastructure in Seremban, from around 40Mbps+ to 70+ now.

QUOTE(AngryDoll @ Sep 5 2017, 09:42 PM) Just download that app, notice that got MI Digi Infinite 150 and other stuff expired in 3 day. I assume MI refer to Mobile Internet. Billing cycle only. That means this month, you will be on pro-rated basis. No issue about it.This isnt my plan right since I just got it today. |

QUOTE(Chrono-Trigger @ Sep 7 2017, 01:03 PM) MNP at Digi Store Express cannot be done for prepaid? Went there few days ago and was told they can only do for postpaid. Should be OK but why not use the online system? I did mine via online, only paid RM 1.06 that time for SIM card delivery. They don't look very keen to help me and was a bit dismissive. |

QUOTE(eeeglow24 @ Sep 7 2017, 05:17 PM) But be careful with the delivery. As Digi used GDEX and it is a sim, somehow digi require owner to sign the delivery. Mine still OK, my receptionist helped me to sign. I have problem with this before, my sister cannot sign the delivery. Just sharing my experience. Don't know why the are so strict over a sim card. Overseas, sim card was only posted over normal post. No problem whatsoever. |

QUOTE(radi0head @ Sep 20 2017, 09:16 AM) Just subscribed to DiGi Internet... Chose this Monthly Internet of 5GB + Social for RM 30... when purchased already, the Social internet which I would expect unlimited FB, Twitter, WeChat etc... it comes with a validity of only 18hrs ?! Or does it reset daily ? It will be reset daily.[attachmentid=9153507] [attachmentid=9153510] If so... it's definitely a bummer... |

QUOTE(soonwai @ Oct 4 2017, 03:29 PM) Is there a limit to how much I can reload into my DiGi Prepaid New Best v1? Because I keep reloading whenever there's a discount voucher on Lazada. Not much at the moment around RM150 but don't want to hit a limit and go through the hassle of a refund for a failed reload. Prepaid reload is RM1k maximum if I'm not mistaken. I have kept balance of RM 500 before. |
