I find DiGi to be seriously funny.
1) Terminated my broadband account few weeks ago coz too slow. Well that's not the problem. Problem is with the bill. I took Mi Box so paid penalty RM 365 (RM 200 + RM15 x remaining months). Consider contract settle la right? No, they charged me another RM 15 in my final bill. I asked why and their scripted answer was "prorated charge".
NOTE : I already paid RM 15 in my first bill. So basically I paid RM 15 for 12 months.
2) RM 5 for paper bill once account is terminated. Well, I didn't subscribe for paper bill and I am surprised they sent me paper bill and then charge me for that. Called their CS and their scripted answer - put the blame on me, saying I subscribed to paper bill. If I subscribe, why my first bill was sent to my email? Taruk them kaw kaw and asked their manager to call back.
Manager called, said the same scripted words for 1st issue. I explained, same scripted message replayed. Finally have to scold (no choice, you don't understand and putting the blame on me). For the 2nd issue, looks like it is their procedure. Once account terminated, they will send the final bill as paper bill. Well, their procedure is their problem la, but why charge me for their problem? Kena scold kaw kaw again.
Then immediately RM 20 waived. Lesson learnt - Explaining no use? Scold je. So sad. The only thing I wonder, is it those CS seriously don't understand what I am saying or they purposely try not to admit their mistake, takut kena lawyer letter?
Haiz. Just terminated another line yesterday, and immediately called them, requesting them to send my final bill via email instead of paper bill. Today someone from DiGi called and then sent me my last bill which was already out before I terminated my line.
Anyway for those who want to terminate DiGi line, please take note that you will be charged RM 5 extra in your final bill.

At least they send u final paper bill.
