Help! I bought a DiGi live prepaid SIM card in February for use in a mifi. Used it for about 3 weeks until the data ran out and then the validity expired. Still have balance 50sen.
3 days ago, 18th Mar, I use Lazada to reload RM30 but the credit didn’t come through. Balance still 50sen but the validity is updated to April 18. What is going on? Lazada or DiGi problem?
