Easiest way is to install nicehash and run it to check can generate revenue or not. But heard they got hacked last night, not sure if up for services already.

yea, that software will based your rig specs to download suitable miner into your system and mine ..

winminer's base is in USD. total fees are 3% for everything, all in. nicehash's base is BTC. so what you get, when btc is skyrocketing, would probably be less than nicehash.

winminer looks like shit lel. and no partial mining (yet).

minergate? it's a scam. run by a famous scammer. avoid like a plague. don't support scammer guys.

oh and nicehash is/was run by a very, very famous slovenian (ex) hacker. just found out lel. oh well. they said gonna update us in 24 hours... so probably esok morning.

and slovenian police is 1000000000000000x worse  than ours. oh well. already wrote off my loss and move on. just so happens that bitmain finally shipped and delivererd my PSU, so all of my D3 mining at 66% capacity (I only have a spare 750W PSU) punya earning is gone. D3 is back mining on coinmine.

Since nicehash is gone, I have tried mining using the WinMiner. It is so unstable and keeps failing to download the GPU miner properly. I guess there is no other alternative easy-to-configure mining programs already right?

I will try to guide for mining in profit switching pool-Zpool with program called Awesomeminer. Payout will be in btc

- u mining multi-algo coins using the mininghub port/ URL
- each coins that u mined then will be auto-exchange to ur prefered coin, eg bitcoin ( if u select the auto-exchange coin)
- from bitcoint, u can do manual cash out to ur bitcoin wallet or AUTOMATIC PAYOUT, which will auto-cashout based on ur configured amount eg 0.01BTC

then from there should be same as others
- sell BTC, convert to MYR then cash out from ur wallet eg Luno.

Even the more expensive ones like Asus Strix also out of stock?

1.5 to 1.7k for 1070 you need to find in Garage sale lor. New one all 1900++

Just bought another 2 x GTX1070Ti. Ouch my wallet.

Mine 1080ti also ouch big time...planing to add volta when its out...

My own calculations, about 8 months.

Long time lor.

GTX 1080 for example is around RM 2.4k.

You buy 2 units also almost RM 5k already.

Running them draws about 300W from the wall.

Daily can mine a little over 0.01 ZEC which is around 5 - 6 USD, agak agak RM 20 - 25 la.

Every 30 days assume all is well you get RM 600 - 750. At 300W 24/7 your bill adds at minimum RM 77 or so, we put RM 100 la.

So your monthly gain is just RM 500 - 650.

Now assuming difficult rise slowly and value gains slowly so you can maintain the MYR earnings then you still take about 9 months to break-even just the cards. Haven't consider your other components.

In the end takes about a year.

You want to do mining then I suggest

1. Don't look at figures, look at it as monthly investment.
2. Whatever you mined, you go trade with it and grow it that way.
