anyway to dowqngrade the software? i experience some lag n app crash ever since i update

Just use odin to flash the firmware. You can find the older firmware at samobile.com. Haven't seen such issues on my phone after update. What app are crashing?

i find facebook and messenger made my phone hang for a while sometimes

today i accident knock my elbow to a shelf my s8+ flew from my hand on to the floor face down from 4 1/2 feet. My heart didnt skip a beat.

Pick it up check for any scratch or crack mark but no where been found.

Ya i did read, seems that you cant get both voucher for the same imei. I didnt get the first RM200+RM200 voucher but i have the 2nd RM400 voucher.

So i think even some of us manage to trick for the first RM200+RM200 voucher and redeemed it, they will not entitled for the 2nd voucher of RM400 as they locked your imei.
