I e-mailed to SE Malaysia, the ppl replied said ORI W580 has no keypad crack issue reported, but the AP W580 yes...

just bought my W580i original 3 days ago.
couldn't decide which colour to buy that day,spent almost 1 hour in da shop~fufufu
finally decided on white.XDDDDDD

so far keypads hvn craked.
does anyone know of a freeware prog. to convert AVI to MP4/3GP files?

i agree thats bu||sh|7.... my wife's ori w580's keypad cracked after 3 days

even the w580i keypads will crack too/

i tested a unit and found out the keypad is so much different from my s500i..

its less protruding and flush with the surface...

i tot SE fix the prob already...?

i think da problem is still there.. but juz dat new models keypad wont crack so easily i guess.. not like da old models dat crack within da 1st week of purchase..

I've never seen black color also. Most of shop only got white. Only 2 shop I saw sell the grey one.

I'm a lot more confuse on which phone to buy

w580i--> got color at the side, pedometer
w610i --> AF camera
w850i --> 3G
w910i --> 3G, walkman 3.0, accelerometer


Does SE have to make the customer pening before buying their pruduct, hehe... If w580i have an AF camera, sure no problem to me to choose.
