ok so i just got myself a new rig. C2D E7200 @ 2.53GHz, 2 GBs of ram, a 320GB seagate hdd, a 9600GT n even a new gigabyte 460w psu.

but when i play this game, even on medium settings, it still lags like a b****.

now what am i not doin right?

playing it at 1680x1050 but cant remember which setting but everything look great! the smoke, explosions, etc. no noticeable lag.

Did you patch the game? I just patched mine and it ran fine.. first time I played it (1-2 days ago) it crashed after the first mission.

hehe..i still got playing this game online. Still very fun and still got bunch of arty noobie inside keep shooting nth and no provided AA support helping ppl.

I most happy is when a support player asking for AA help...this make me LOL LMAO for 5 minute. Bunch of noob arty


BTW my Rig in my signature playing in 1440x900 setting is high only. Very high will laggie~~~~

I haven't played WiC in a while now because our clan server is based in the UK and the game is really lagging when I logon to our own clan server most of the time. And playing without my teammates isn't really fun. But sometimes when I see my friends from the Singapore WiC clan sgRDA I will play a few games although I haven't seen Rayatt online for a while

know where can i get this game, retail la....?

A game developer in a neutral country making war games out of two oppositing blocks! Darn i love the irony!

Played the demo for WiC. Loved the scale and graphics of the game. This game is better than the goofy red alert 3, IMHO. It is the 'real' deal if the cold war turns hot. Too bad im not really into 'strategy' part of a strategy game. Maybe i'll get when soviet assault released (or when my taste changes)!

Yeap Soviet Assault has finally got some sort of release time frame...Its coming in March! There is a complete edition too that has the original game and the expansion...apparently will have new features...
