Guys, I need some advices on Diablo... It hits like a truck!!! I get pwned by 1 shot most of the time. My defense rating is 106, is it too low against Diablo?

Pretty sure it's pretty low defense wise, just upgrade a little bit more. That's not even the hardest Diablos, there is even a harder one that hits harder and faster

yeah....def too low already...upgrade or craft higher rarity armor

Def too low like there is no room for single mistake...Do craft or upgrade armor to boost some def.

Tips: Health boost + 3 skill is gooding yooo

also always eat before quest.....eat can boost your def and hp

my advice is ALWAYS get all your armor pieces FULLY upgraded. unless you're ranged and/or know what you're doing, playing with outdated armour is a good way to get KO'd.

mh is still a grindy game, you need to put *some* effort

also, find openings, to me diablos openings are:

1.After he charges, wait awhile to see if he does double tail swipe. if he turns around you can sneak a few hits in.

2.After double tail swipe, best time to whack him in the butt

3.After double horn toss

4.After hipcheck

5.After emerging from ground - ALWAY sheath your weapon when he burrows so you can run arround and dive

notice a pattern? always after. diablos is aggressive AF. dont be greedy with your hits.

in certain areas, you can try standing in between walls/pillars so when he charges at you and you evade, his horns will get stuck.

if you have earplugs, you can sneak in more hits when he roars.

The patch has reduced my dc but now i get very little to no result when i search for sos. Are you guys getting the same result ?

eat food every hunt. play largr defence vs diablos

be very passive dont be greedy. diablos attacks alot at the start. he basically have a few attacks. running dash, tailswipe, front hit and burrow. see his head animation is good way to know whats coming

as for burrow attack, just dive everytime

yeah, if its not on the back of the dinosour, just fly to other map. back to back.
Chances are youll find it most of the time at the Ancient forest.
Also i would suggest you to wait until the endemic researcher ask you to find it so you dont have to find the bird twice.
I think its called phantom bird bounty. So youll get to complete the bounty and achievement in one go

yeah im doing it for that bounty. last ingredient for my canteen, so frustrating.

for legiana and pink rath grind
set event, reward yes, 9 star

just get new armor set should have higher ranking one now

Just managed to solo diablo.. hope to get high rank quests soon.
