QUOTE(fongzai92 @ Aug 28 2008, 06:39 PM) not worth to buy. if u are buying it for the sake of the LED, then i would suggest tat u forget abt it. the LED only respond to bass, and it normally wouldn't move unless u pump up the volume to BEYOND comfortable level. the SQ is pretty bad too for music listening. but i am ok with it when it comes to gaming and movie. ur money is better spent on getting Edifier E3100 if you are into music listening. telling u based on PERSONAL EXPERIENCE |

QUOTE(kumanosuke @ Dec 16 2008, 12:52 PM) I just went to SonicGear office in Sunway Damansara last saturday to not sure about vacuum tube replacement, but when i sent my evo7 for rma, they did provide me with a receiptreplace my A3's vacuum tube, they charged me RM60 for it and when I ask them for resit they said dont have 1. I just want to ask forummers whether this is normal procedure not giving any resit after a customer paid for a service ? and about the service, i managed to get 1 to 1 exchange within a week without hassle |

QUOTE(redframelowyat @ Dec 24 2008, 12:28 AM) hmmph my enzo7000 subwoofer already broke down. at first there is bass coming out and the second later no bass at all. when i unplug the signal cable the bass is back but only last for few second. man this is a pure let down. ive had enough with sonic gear >_> QUOTE(-kytz- @ Dec 24 2008, 06:43 AM) What are you guys' experience with the Earpump?Mine was bad... Sonic Gear is well known for QC issue, mine broke down after a week, but after RMA nothing happened till now. if it break down again i will hop to Edifier's bandwagonFirst i bought a set of earpump.SQ was excellent. After about 2months or so,there was no sound on one side of the earpiece. Thus,I brought it back to the shop for warranty claim. They gave me a new set.2 months later the same thing happened. Sigh..anyone sharing the same experience which i had? I was considering to buy Earpump as well but changed my mind after seeing what happened to my speakers, bought KOSS and Sony instead QUOTE(ssiapf @ Dec 25 2008, 05:00 PM) should be RM199 for BT3 and around RM220 for Armageddon, although both of them are practically the same thingThis post has been edited by cyew86: Dec 25 2008, 05:39 PM |

QUOTE(Matrix @ Dec 25 2008, 07:00 PM) Thinking of getting a new Sonic gear speakers...but from the feedback here...so easy to broke down?? imho Sonic Gear speakers are only good for movies/gaming, and yeah, certainly have QC issue.I'm still waiting for my Creative 4.1 speaker to break down...(it's like 8 years..maybe more)..so i can give myself excuse to buy new speakers...LOL. i remember that there was another forummer who bought another SG speakers from PC Fair, also broke down within a day or two |

QUOTE(redframelowyat @ Feb 25 2010, 04:17 PM) dear rayblade, you have misread the information thus mislead by the advertisement and buy the speakear believing it got usb audio input. the speaker actually use the usb as a power source only, not to transfer signal. you will need the 3.5 cable comes with it. only speaker that i actually know using usb to transfer signal is the one of altec 7.1 speaker... or is it creative, i dont remember which QUOTE Audio Source: USB or 3.5 mm line-in if so, then it's false advertising |

i suspect those magazines just take the info from Leapfrog without actually doing the testing themselves (if as what you said, the USB does not transfer audio signal at all)
