read already, this one is the new update. it said "hopeful" to solve by friday, and what means by technical issue also nvr stated clearly in the ann.
We are working closely with the bank on a solution to resolve the withdrawal delays. We are hopeful that we can start processing any pending withdrawals by Friday this week, 15 September 2017.

Unfortunately, our original estimate to resume bank withdrawals had to be pushed back. Our new estimate is to start processing all pending MYR withdrawals by Friday, 15 September 2017.
This specific issue is a technical matter; related to bank account and transaction authentication. Our bank account has not been closed or restricted in any way. Your money, as always, remains safe. We are still able to complete all other services, including Malaysian ringgit deposits and Bitcoin transactions.
We apologise again for this frustrating delay. We will update this message on Friday afternoon (Malaysia time).

ya, but their SGD bank account seems to be in trouble earlier as well, which i think there is a possibility this is what happened to Coinhako MY and Luno now.

ya, this is the main issue. i dont think there is any major event happen now. the trading volume these few days seems normal as no special news in crypto except bitcoin keep on dropping which is not exactly a huge thing consider this is crypto.

i think there is something going on behind the scene. hopefully Luno will back to normal tomorrow as Jack2 said.
