Don't worry. I'm in the same boat as you. Except I sodl 6,000+ NEOs not because of FUD, but because I think ARK will moon harder than NEO in the short term.
Once ARK moons (if it does), I'll reacquire a position in NEO, which I hope is still down in the dumps due to pervasive FUD.

Let's see how it goes. I'm being super-sohai and accumulating 50,000 ARKs now.

Luno recently have many big orders to block/prevent the price from keeping up.

Some 5BTC, some 6BTC....

Such buyers and sellers may be fake to control the price so real buyers and sellers are not able to buy through.

Real buyers are not able to buy as they don't intend to pay taker fee. Sellers are the same not able to sell as don't want to dump and pay taker fee.

Thus, the market is considered as constant over there until btc price is moving and such buyers and sellers walls are being removed and disappeared.
