I wish to highlight that Luno is purposely in delaying the ID checking for those who have reached the monthly/trade/withdrawal limit as they can keep the funds first so you can't withdraw until 5 days has lapsed.
Reason:
My friend registered the account on Thursday and is a new account. He can't trade even on Level 0 and need to verify first. He sent in the morning and get verified in the evening.
It is same day verification.
How could Luno do so on new account to have fast verification while those who are their existing clients but delay their checking?

After I submitted this e-mail and they replied me non-sense standard answer. I quoted why they verified new account within one day and existing clients who reached limit are given slow verification.
Then they upgraded my account to level 2 within 1-2 hours, then I uploaded again proof of address doc (which I have done earlier with IC) and I got upgraded again to level 3 in 1 hour.
