1 Cor. 3:15 "If anyone's work is consumed, he will suffer loss, but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire."
1 Cor 5 indicates that a brother who is living in fornication will still be saved. Even such a sinful, defeated believer will still be saved. But in chapter 6 we are told that fornicators will not inherit the kingdom of God. This means that a fornicator cannot enjoy or inherit the kingdom of the heavens as a reward.
The three portions of the Bible, 1 Corinthians 6, Ephesians 5, and Galatians 5 tell us basically the same thing: you may be a saved person, but if you are still living in sin and filthiness, you will not inherit the kingdom of God. You will have no share in the manifestation of the kingdom of the heavens, because you are not qualified.
What's the difference between the manifestation of the kingdom and salvation? I thought it's the same?
Like, can go to heaven but cannot join... isn't that the same as not going to heaven?

biggrin.gif Unfortunately, no. Now, you know me before that I do not subscribe to matter of "going to heaven" but this is another topic in the past. After all, the New Jerusalem is coming down, it will be pretty lonely in the heaven. biggrin.gif
Funny enough when I read your statement, there was another conversation going on stating that this supports the notion of losing salvation lol. It got really confusing. That's why I wanted to ask for clarification.
Same thing happened to my router few months back, my own router used it for 3 years before it decided to end it lifeline has no choice but to take up. Unifi new router and contract for another 1 years also my tm supplied modem also out at the same time got a new replacement for free
When that happens, it feels like no electricity.
On my end, my contract is technically over... but I opted to get the modem for free so renew another one year.
Which verse in Bible that he claim him self as God?
The most explicit statement would be these two
John 10: I and the Father are one.
And the Jews proceed to accuse Jesus of blasphemy. You can read the full context here.
22 Then came the Festival of Dedication at Jerusalem. It was winter, 23 and Jesus was in the temple courts walking in Solomon’s Colonnade. 24 The Jews who were there gathered around him, saying, “How long will you keep us in suspense? If you are the Messiah, tell us plainly.”
25 Jesus answered, “I did tell you, but you do not believe. The works I do in my Father’s name testify about me, 26 but you do not believe because you are not my sheep. 27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. 28 I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. 30 I and the Father are one.”
31 Again his Jewish opponents picked up stones to stone him, 32 but Jesus said to them, “I have shown you many good works from the Father. For which of these do you stone me?”
33 “We are not stoning you for any good work,” they replied, “but for blasphemy, because you, a mere man, claim to be God.”
34 Jesus answered them, “Is it not written in your Law, ‘I have said you are “gods”’? 35 If he called them ‘gods,’ to whom the word of God came—and Scripture cannot be set aside— 36 what about the one whom the Father set apart as his very own and sent into the world? Why then do you accuse me of blasphemy because I said, ‘I am God’s Son’? 37 Do not believe me unless I do the works of my Father. 38 But if I do them, even though you do not believe me, believe the works, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me, and I in the Father.” 39 Again they tried to seize him, but he escaped their grasp.
John 8:58 states the following “Very truly I tell you,” Jesus answered, “before Abraham was born, I am!”
the 'I AM' is very important because that's the name revealed to the Hebrews, as explained through this video

Mark 11:24 (NIV) - Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
Morning Dear Brother and Sisters in Christ.
How are you praying today? You know...it's quite a norm when we pray..most of the time we pray in a manner ...... as IF we need to coax God to answer our prayer. It's as if we are begging God please. Sometime with desperation and tears. My Bible tells me we are doing it wrong hence why the inconsistent answered prayers or no answers at all.
Jesus said believed that you have received it and it will be yours.
As Christians we all know this way of prayer and yet we don't seem to be be doing it. Part of our mind or perhaps someone may have told you otherwise...It's too good to be true...There are hidden conditions....or I've tried but nothing happened.
Do you know that the phrase...the righteous shall live by Faith is a 24/7 thing every minute, every second? The whole problem with us is that we practice momentary faith. During prayers we struggle because we don't really believe God will answer. We believe God "MAY" answer. We have been hoodwinked by unscrupulous Faith corrupter...we need to live in reality.
Dear Bro and Sis....we live in reality..we live in this world BUT we ARE NOT of this world. We don't have to submit to Natural reasonings because our Christ who gave us the Holy Spirit is NOT Natural but supernatural. We as Christians should live by Heaven's principalities..meaning, We can believe for miracles to happen because our God is the one who causes the impossible to work.
We should be praying most of the time..in Thanks Giving..Thanking God, the answer is already in motion and the answer is already on the way. Read again slowly Mark 11:24...is there anything in there ambiguous that seem to imply, it's a maybe or perhaps?
Think about it.
God Bless
I'm wondering how does this coincide with predestination, will of God, ect. I mean, we can't make God change his mind on whether or not to show mercy on someone... or can we?
Hey UW I showed your writings to a friend who's studying exegenis right now, and he thought your posts are good. I'm gonna share today's stuff to him soon.
