People have choice to switch to Mac, Linux, UnIX or or any closed-source OS (i think the only closed-source OS in this world = Windows)  Security are already embedded in all OS , but user/sysadmin should play their role to secure it ... regarding what u said as "marketing gimmick" , IMHO , Apple already have their own strategic plan to make their product as casual ...not being nerdie or daddy-o ... I respect what MS do with their own market advertisement , and so do Apple . But what to do..i'm already switched  |

Mac OS X 10.4.8 also got pirate what ..
