QUOTE(ar188 @ Nov 1 2017, 09:23 PM) wah, same idea, to troublesome to change mode for thicknessing every time. which brand did you get? i think original was metabo. then few uk brands rebadge it. and mine is einhell QUOTE(yushin @ Nov 1 2017, 11:03 PM) Mine is einhell too. Not much choose in Malaysia unless you want jifa brand. Jet is too big too expensive. mind to ask how much you guys bought your planers for?The original fence is flimzy and not flat so I clamp a flat wood from ikea's dismantled furniture to make the fence flat. Usable lar but eventually I will either mod it or change a proper 6 inch jointer from china. Loud as hell machine, 95dbA. I hate the blade alignment. Pain in the ass. Thats why I want to get spiral head. kind of overkill to use these machines to s4s pallet woods... |

QUOTE(yushin @ Nov 2 2017, 06:30 PM) Yes. is there any advantage over the jet model? One advice, check the knife head immediately after you unpack. Mine comes with blade that will hit the table if set at planing depth at 0. Luckily I didn't power on the machine immediately after unpack. ![]() jet planer |

QUOTE(yushin @ Nov 16 2017, 10:16 AM) yes i know about it.was quoted rm1k something can't remember for the kit with drill. built quality lose to this makita. impact energy lose to the 12v makita. weight also lose to the makita. and after using brushless i think runtime also gonna lose to the makita even tho it's running on lower voltage. |

QUOTE(lthium2 @ Feb 1 2018, 03:03 PM) There're few solutions for the master slave socket. the easiest just buy from TB as per Yushin used. second would be use current transformer based Arduino module to drive two 555 timer for delay on delay off and finally a SSR. Nope. I had traced out the schematic of chinese master/slave module. If using a microcontroller and current transformer, you can code the controller to handle the delay, can skip the 555 timer. And use normal mechanical relay since it's cheaper than ssr. |

another power sprayer. ![]() i read someone mention about connecting extra battery packs to hydroshot and carrying a tank ala ghostbuster. it's already invented. with gasoline engine. nominal pressure 35 bar. easily modified to 50 bar. battery powered also got. less pressure though. and bought another chainsaw. ![]() ![]() 25" bar 72cc engine small, big, bigger. ![]() ![]() the difference between the 52cc and 72cc engine is quite significant. i thought the 52cc sounds brutal. this sounds scary. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |
