What is the problem with the table saw?

I'm thinking of buying the same table saw.
*
used it before, for DIY ok, business, not so.

even this cheapo 1-2k ugly thing is more useful for projects. (got 2 in the shop now)

below rm10, nothing special lo. as long can function lol.

anyway most of those cheapo no brand japan tools you see at those shops are actually from china. buy from china is still cheaper (some does come with japanese labels on them)

Mostly the tools I brought will check the quality, maker and where it make.

The tools I show ontop is either made in Japan or Taiwan.

The measurement tools brand ontop, (shines) I have been using it for 25yrs. And still using till now.

Unless necessary to use, I won't pickup a China made. But a Japan brand made in china is very much different from any normal China tools.
*
but the tools you shown also not branded japanese handtools wat? sweat.gif

I do have a lot of vessel tools. Spanar, screw driver, plier etc. mostly are over 15yrs old. Or longer.

KTC not familiar. But I know Puchong have a distributor.

Branded I know is snapon from US.  smile.gif

Shinwa measurement tools are great. I have some of them too which I think is very good. Nice finish and quality. China tools many times are very rough to the hand, but does come cheap in price.

Might look like bragging but here comes the "high end" ones...some other brand that comes to mind for pricy square e.g. incra, blue spruce tool, bridge city tools, vesper tools...

cool woodpeckers thumbup.gif , my lie nielsen is on the way.

i dunno if a 4x8 panel saw and 6x10 CNC count as high end tools or not.. or else i can post also. laugh.gif

Count la...I wouldn't mind see some delicious picture of it...apa u buy from Lie-Nielsen? A year + ago i ebay a LN carsass saw...dang nice but the saw plate developed some rust spots...humidity issues

Sometimes I feel like become tool buyer more than DIY/woodworking...  whistling.gif
*
LN card scraper with holder. useful for surface finishing and scraping off glue after glue ups
i am a power tool guy so manual tools not my hobby (and a good thing as u said, might end up collecting hand tools rather than make things LOL)

but thats the serious issue with some of these branded hand tool guys i seen nowadays, alot of tools but many uncompleted projects.
makes u wonder if they have the skill to complete solid wood projects or not. biggrin.gif

Where can I find step cone drill bit locally?
I need to open a 45mm hole
Another question is if the shaft is too big for my drill’s chuck, can I buy an adapter of some sort?
*

Small workshop but neat. Like most of the jap, they prefer jap product.
