Amplify in term of the enclosure that hold the blade in table saw acts like speaker box  laugh.gif  Remove speaker from the box, the volume gone  smile.gif

As guide every 3dB increase actually 100% increase of sound energy. You need a 200W amplifier from 100W amplifier to increase sound just by 3dB

I think with proper jig you can cut board as good as table saw. It is just that it takes a bit more time for preparation. I want table saw but probably use once a year and main problem is no place to keep growing tool unless stay at kampung  laugh.gif
*
kenot one, with proper jig+a lot of time you can cut almost as good ONE TIME, the accuracy and repeatability and consistency haywire.

Beli la satu, hehe.

Bosch Gts 10J....currently i m eyeing this table saw due to its compactness and can be stored vertically
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TI2pbzsDUDA

Operating noise lvl is around 75db (at minute 13:45)

maybe becoz of this tubing design frame which make it lower operating noise level?
*
Pakai HP x bley la.

https://youtu.be/r5ec6hsEnL4?t=64

Its the same, just different table size, extension, and market. 100dBA

Kalau you eyeing the GTS-10J, if la ada other model can explore dulu because my GTS-10J problem aa
1) table support width too small, max ~16 inches, kacau2 17" saja. Its PIA to cut my frequent 18-24" width cabinet carcass.
2) mitre guide is rubbish, mitre slide is rubbish. Its abit too big, bergerak2, never true. There is too much play.

Other than that, its light, portable, keep upright, tick my decision to buy, so can keep. Power sometimes off, depending on materials la, the last Keruing wood stalled the motor sket, banyak sap kot, ooozing saja.

Actually come to think of it the cheapo-er drill driver and rotary hammers don't come with the overload clutch to minimise risk of twisting your arm if the bit gets stuck right?
*
even medium level pun takde thos anti-kickback, bosch makita whatever reserves that for the high high end one.

Yesterday finally beli the Karcher T7 Floor Racer, fit masuk my K4. Wanted the T5, tp by the time i sampai kedai, org baru keluar beli the T5, so spent extra Rm100 to get the T7 sbb dh malas. However so, after using it, im relieved that extra RM100 is worth it (front rinse nozzel, corner jet nozzle, easy foot activated pedal)

But the T5/T7 SIGNIFICANTLY increased work efficiency, I would say by almost THREE times notworthy.gif When you have a large area, or many houses, or just coolie (like me), sure is a good investment since coolie gaji now mahal. And the fact I salah beli K4 instead of HD5 confused.gif

Yesterday cari F32 nail, in the morning tengok Ryobi P320/325 from Amazon....

The day before got a crappy experience from the darn pneumatic F32 nailer...

Tengok-tengok, TERBELI Milwaukee FN18GS 18GA M18 Finish Nailer (notice the FINISH nailer, tapi 18GA brad...)

And today terbeli the Milwaukee mega-combo pack since i only wanted the small M12 impact driver saja from the whole things

So now i have too much cordless drill, compact cordless rotary, cordless jigsaw....Org ckp milwaukee mahal, xde ponnnn, my MAKITAs lagi mahal!!

Looking for impact driver, terbeli nailer?  rclxub.gif
*
9/1 - Pneumatic F32 kacau la, short compressor wire, then stiff penumatic hose always kacau my workpiece, pakai grinded F35 sbb terpaksa, the nails can turn 45d in work material....Start to imagine cordless nailer...again

10/1 - Browsed through amazon/shopi/lajada for cordless nailer, terfikir hanya Ryobi. Pagi go beli F32 nail (i only use F32 because i only have one F32 nailer, never found reasons to get bigger/longer). Nk shopping Bosch sabre saw. Nampak Milwaukee stand, x kisah pun....EYH ada nailer 18GA, got old combo price pulak tue.

user posted image user posted image

The nailer alone is RM1800++, with 1x3AH batt+charger is RM2.2k. This combo is 2.2k with 2x2AH battery, m12+m18 charger, hard carry case with inlay for the nail gun, and M12 jigsaw ooooo (~RM450)

....So TERBELI la...

11/1 - I found out...MILWAUKEE xde kayangan pun, sbb org before this cakap mahal la, hebat la, kayangan la...kalau smart buyer, murah jerr...BOSCH/MAKITA lagi mahal. I use Bosch GDX180 EXTENSIVELY with 2AH battery, wished it was smaller, lighter....So since dh terbeli Milwaukee...tengok laaa

Then there is that MEGA COMBO PACK where you get...its like no brainer la beli...Monday mmng plan nk beli small sabre saw, bosch 12V is RM400 mcm tue. So terbeli la lagi....

user posted image

Yaa yaa, i dun use the jigsaw, the compact m12 rotary and the m12 drill since i have bigger more bad-ass tools compared to those. For sale ya icon_rolleyes.gif

Conclusion is...MILWAUKEE x mahal pun, bukan KAYANGAN

Hahaha terbeli syndrome is real. laugh.gif I thought Hikoki makes pretty legendary nailers?
*
I never thought of anything other than Ryobi for nailer, sbb locally the rest x dpt cari, only after you mention HIKOKI baru tahu ada, tapi much more expensive than MILWAUKEE (again my point, MILWAUKEE murah...). The 18GA nailer with battery is at RM2800++ mcm tue. And the review of MILWAUKEE vs BOSCH vs DEWALT vs HIKOKI/METABO somewhat favors the RED.

So now i have BLUE GREEN RED battery system.... mega_shok.gif

Marketing and Branding determine the profit margin. Even Milwaukee is made in China still. Well, branded one still use more quality part and stringent requirement on part suppliers.  smile.gif
*
Soviet sarawak paling FAT margin is BOSCH, sbb local distro MARKUP lagi 15%+ mcm tue. Dulu can survive, now ppl buy online, so they can advertise promote, and then ppl buy online. Makita Dewalt Milwauee sama harga dengan Peninsular.

Milwaukee marketing done by ore kite jerrr. I have to say, quality and build is GREAT, brand name and history, okay. Made in China perception xbley hold on sgt. My staff cakap Bosch x sama level Milwaukee. Told them, you ppl pakai low end Bosch apa tak nyer feel that way, and never never even had a Makita, but hold Milwaukee as brand kayangan. Ambik kau, 2 days beli 6 red tools.

Mana ada EOL boss, haha.

METABO xde officially sini, but its counterpart Hikoki ada

Eh, BTW aa, Milwaukee comes with 2 years warranty, the rest bagi 1 year, some 6 months saja for normal duty Bosch, so another PLUS

Kena peram di KLIA HUB for 3 days. Sabre terus kena pakai sbb mmng last week nk beli sabre saw to cut down a tree, nicely built, solid, balanced. Very well built with sufficient power.

The compact rotary is...mehhh...its light, tak pakai lagi but its built using plastic only, unlike the other three tools. Maybe to keep the weight down kot. I plan to throw this into my bag no-2 to use for light drilling/fastening. Let the bulldog do heavy/demo works saja, this morning bulldog makan 2x 28mm hole trhough 8" reinforced concrete. Bit china, cannot makan those 3/4 rebar. But i did jual my rare compact bosch, should be the correct decision since the compact bosch x boleh stand laaa, the milwaukee is more compact, and more balanced, though the bosch is better built.

yea, i purposely use milwaukee batteries with my ryobi (the adapter can fit both dewalt n milwaukee) cos i see many milwaukee users always bring their packout and drills to site. and all they do is basic impact driver, screw driver contractor skills only... very less craftsman work at site. just wanna show low end ryobi also can get some results done.
*
i wont say ryobi low grade la, like the standard entry level bosch la. even a china chisel will work wonders at the hand of an experienced ppl

power tool saja, powering through

respect boss!

but i would have to stand firm that higher end bosch line is hebattt, just so mahal and ppl are so used to the entry level bosch, like SEIKO and GRAND SEIKO kind of thing, Speaking From a five battery platform person

For example the GCM 18V-305, GBH 18V-26, GBH 18V-45, all those higher end PROFESSIONAL

The other BOSCH professional bikin malu saja, itu I agree.

BUT if i ahve to spend that much monet, id rather go someplace else, you can get quality MAKITA cheaper than those higher range BOSCH.

But then MAKITA line ada juga I dont suka sgt, flooded, and they now pergi XGT system. Rotary hammer dia lemah, table and mitre saw dia lemah (last i remember like no deisgn change), but circular hebat.

But im outdated la, last tool i bought was the Milwaukee nailer i think, baru fired like 20,000 nails.
