Saw in news that the merger is all share swap deal...

EPF is the winner... Still would hold around 30% after merger.. The ANZ & Abbar will hold around 10% only.. So I'm guessing EPF might buy some of the stake from both parties too bruce.gif

Well gomen hospital is kinda bad.. Even the medicine given is below par nowadays compare with previously.. Seems like the "power dosages" being reduced. The equipment is not maintain properly...

Actually I agree with voyage23. Maybe you (Avangelice) is in Kuching. You don't see KV govt hospital and clinic. Always full. Full of people. Min waiting time 2 hours.

But private one also getting more attention..
