To owners of BSS, what broadband service are available in BSS? Are Time Telekom an option there?

i have bought a house in sendayan and regret it.

1. I was asked to sign a blank agreement to receive a mere rm10000 discount
2. House design is a bit stupid. I realize this after the house was partly built. When i bought it the was only plan. I didnt check throughly cause i didnt thinked it is necesaary.
3. The dtempat facility was not properly maintained. Lots of unrepaired damaged.

I wonder, would i received any compensation if there is delay in the development? Since i signed blanked agreement.
