I've recently rented a house in BSS. Any idea where to find a dry cleaner around here? Also, any recommendations for delivery service companies (like an Honest Bee, for example) that would deliver here from places in KL? And finally, any idea about home helpers and/or babysitters?

Many thanks!

there's a few dry cleaning services at sendayan metropark, can try to search helpers/babysitters on sendayan fb group, saw people promoting their services there

i have bought a house in sendayan and regret it.

1. I was asked to sign a blank agreement to receive a mere rm10000 discount
2. House design is a bit stupid. I realize this after the house was partly built. When i bought it the was only plan. I didnt check throughly cause i didnt thinked it is necesaary.
3. The dtempat facility was not properly maintained. Lots of unrepaired damaged.

I wonder, would i received any compensation if there is delay in the development? Since i signed blanked agreement.

The PD waterfront condo call D'Wharf. Nowadays seems like their rental asking price has increased which may be a good sign for investors --occupancy quite good.
450sq ft studio starting price around 280k when launched. low floor and not seaview facing. The internal design quite bad IMO.

e.g. the water faucet at the basin blocks you from washing your face.
flooding in shower area and many more.

cheers.

I stayed there for several days a few months ago. Pleasant enough stay, but not a place I would think about living in.

Anyone know a resource for finding house helpers -- cooks, cleaners, nannies -- in BSS?

It feels very much like a hotel and very little like a condominium.

After one year in BSS, my lease is up soon. The place has changed a whole, whole lot since we moved in. Is the rental market any better for buyers/renters these days? Back then, there were very few options for fully furnished places like you can find easily in KL. I'm presently staying in a very nice unit with a corner lot and brilliant furnishings, but I'd be willing to consider a lesser unit to save on rental cost. Any owners looking to rent, please let me know.

I'll add that in the time I've been here I've been quite thrilled to see the commute to KLIA reduced to about 40 minutes, which is pretty brilliant for someone like me who travels for work. I'm happy to see that more transport options are opening up as well. I wish that BSS had more to offer in the way of eateries and other creature comforts, but I was happy to find a new laundry/dry-cleaning place open up in Garden Homes, and I'm learning about where other reputable vendors are. I'm looking forward to another year here, at least.

Anybody got fully furnished (modern, and very fully furnished) units for rent? My lease is up soon. I'm presently paying 5000 at Hijayu 3 Fellona and am happy to stay unless there is a strong offer otherwise.

The transit to KLIA is never 30 minutes. On a very, very good day it's 40 or so. I always budget 50, and maybe it's closer to 45. This is a huge improvement, in road quality more so than time, since I moved in nine months ago. They seem to be getting rid of two-lane roads left and right, as they should be. When I moved in, it wasn't much different than going to KLCC, depending on the route the driver took.
