Hi all. SA keep calling me to promote BSS. They always mentioned about the MEXII highway and future HRS project will beneficial to the buyer later. But im yet to visit BSS. Its worth township to stay or invest? Any other amenities as well as infrastructure in place?

What do you think or what are the possibility for BSS becoming like damansara of negeri sembilan in 10 year down the road? That statement make sense or not. As i know BSS had been open up over more than 10 years.

So, we can concur that bandar sri sendayan is not a proper township planned by matrix?? . πππ
Or they actually lost support from current state government. Just to finish balance of pieces of land to their own development. Taking as much as profit and bye2.

Recently I saw quite many SA promoting the new mixed development proposed by Damansara realty Berhad comprising of a service apartment, mall, office bla bla bla bla.......
wheres that location??? is near to sendayan ? if i not mistaken 50acres all in land
and I wonder is they have done enough feasibility study on that proposal as the current tons units in Sendayan are struggling to get a buyer (especially on Commercial). otherwise, this is a politic project. huhuhu

HSR project will be discussed for way forward by end of this month. Hopefully theres good news. Labu is the most properly best location hsr terminal in negeri sembilan. Our neighbour.
