No malls, all wayang kulit. Then they say population not enough. But never say all this when launch and selling the idea to customers.

Mall project to be launched in 2014,15,16,17,18,19,20 now year 3000 i think.

10years time all the vacant shops will be filled with factory workers. Hostel Bangla/Nepal/Myanmar. Already some 1st n 2nd floors taken over by them. See for yourselves.

They should learn from Serembans success story, Seremban2. Dont have to go far. Before S2 had the population they had Aeon and Columbia Asia. They dont need the township to mature before building a mall or a hospital. Its all about walking the talk.

No need to brag next Damansara of Seremban when BSS is still Timbuktu with residents still need to depend on IJMs Seremban2 for shopping. There is no Food Panda or Grab food or any food delivery service here also. How pathetic. Flop project.

If you got no regards to your neighbors like some of them in my taman, go approach agents to rent it out to migrant workers. Become hostel, 20 ppl in one unit. Can get 2.5k. But with a lot of curses from your immediate neighbors la. Otherwise typical intermediate in BSS unfurnished is about 1k. Corner the most can get is about 1.5k +-.

All the best in looking for a buyer buddy, you might want to check the bank value for that unit first. Mark up also depends on that. SNP value doesn't matter anymore for subsale.

Worlds most rubbish developer Matrix Jamban Concepts. After 6yrs, parts of cement on porch ceiling falling apart. Please la dear potential buyers, dont ever buy anything from this rubbish developer. This is one of many issues im facing. Will post more pics on the structural cracks from time to time.

Oh I have tried everything in the books including a group complaint/engaging lawyers with affected residents before getting shut on the face by "as per TNC crap".

You want to teach me about the proper way? How about you buy a unit and ill ask you this same question after 5yrs of you staying in the unit.

Given a choice, I would really want to move out of BSS. Unfortunately, cannot sell. Value below SNP. After 5yrs+ bayar loan still cannot cover. Have to hidu bau toksik Kualiti Alam la till Thanos return.

Loss more than 100k if factor in renovation cost. However still considering. Looking at Bangi and Cyberjaya. Surprisingly, property prices there are quite attractive. Nilai also cheaper than BSS.
