MGS still a loss making unit, based on YTD 30/9/2018, losses was RM4.5 million.

The Tenby founder Dato SB Lim has sold his entire shareholing to Ekuinas few years ago and recently Ekuinas also disposed it to IP Education Group, I think no more Tenby but Lim's capabilities certainly can help MGS to fly higher, good for BSS too.

BTW from the photos published in MGS FB, this Dato SB Lim looks related to ex Minister late Tun Dr Lim Kheng Yik.

Malaysia-Singapore issue will be settled after TM retire hopefully by 2020 (if he kept the promise).

Based on HCS map, SKLIA Highway will be ready by year 2021 , Apr 2019 is impossible.

SEREMBAN: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd plans to build a central business district covering 46ha in its Bandar Sri Sendayan (BSS) township near Seremban which will have a gross development value of RM4bil.

Group executive deputy chairman Datuk Lee Tian Hock said the project, which would be its crown jewel and the last in BSS, will be built on a six-in-one concept which will include hospitality, commercial, shopping malls, a medical centre, residential and a convention centre.

“We are seeking a strategic partner to jointly spearhead this mega development, particularly the 400-bed medical centre project.

“We have obtained all the necessary approvals for the centre and are currently in talks with some interested parties and barring any unforeseen circumstances, this should come to fruition this year rclxms.gif

I remember Matrix signed Memorandum to JV with a Taiwan hospital in year 2016, but abandon after a year of study, hope this year deal is on.

46 hectare about 113 acres, One Utama Shopping Mall only 100 acres, this land size is sufficient for this six in one concept I suppose, it can be done vertically.

There is no land reserved for Kesihatan in the plan, wonder why change suddenly, anyway this is pleasant surprise.

Those in light green reserved for schools (why so many plots, already got few in the town), blue is for commercial activities, pink is normally earmarked for Dewan Orang Ramai etc, red for Keselamatan ie police station/fire fighter department (I tot already got one near by Hijayu Aman/opposite TUDM)

MVV equal to Daerah Seremban + Daerah Port Dickson, but only lands belong to Sime Darby will be classified as hearbeat project. BSS located in between 2 heartbeat projects-Parcel B and Parcel E.
