By disposing 49%, Matrix can get rental income for land & building and proceed of operating assets (office furniture and fittings, motor vehicles, books, computers, sports and other various equipment) totaling RM9.75 million. MGS still a loss making unit, based on YTD 30/9/2018, losses was RM4.5 million.

Hi guys, I bought a unit at Lunaria3 mid last year. Currently working at bandar puteri puchong, thinking to move there next year once completion.

Agent claimed the time when I bought the house there will be a new highway link sendayan to KLIA and then MEXX 2 is under construction and this will shortened duration.

ANy idea about this highway? Are they due completion soon?

is that true? I am expecting this will help me to travel to puteri puchong, not sure how fast but agent said 45mins with this new shortcut....

Yes, that land belongs to KKM to build klinik kesihatan (KK)

The clear land beside the road is where CBD @ Icon Park will be developed

i think klinik included under kemudahan awam, since no other legend indicate that. anyway what is KT?

KKM's reserved land. View from my balcony. It's gonna be loud once they start the construction. So far nothing is happening except for occasional visits by mat rempit. Haha.
