Still long way to go. No approval yet. Even final land site not confirmed. Wont be seeing any hospital here for the next 10yrs maybe. News of a hospital to be built been around since 2014 when i moved into BSS. Thats a good 5yrs ever since.

However, there is a plot reserved for govt Klinik Kesihatan somewhere near Petronas roundabout. Again, don't hope for that to be up anytime soon.

But there is around 7 clinics within BSS. So minor healthcare issues is within reach. And 1 govt Klinik Kesihatan at Kg.Sendayan area.

2) No mall
3) Low occupancy rate for both commercial and residential
4) Lack of amenities
5) Some phases dont even have unifi/fibre broadband

Not referring to ppl in the forum, few phases and some of the shoplots being rented to foreign workers by irresponsible owners. The tenants then cause a lot of issues at the neighbourhood.

In actual fact the tagline "work in KL live in Seremban" is indeed delusional. The distance and time induces a lot of fatigue if one actually wants to travel by car on a daily basis from BSS. Unless work in KL and weekend in BSS. Especially so if to KL CDB. However up to Putrajaya/Cyberjaya and Subang (via Elite) is still ok.

Weekend home sounds a lot more practical. USJ traffic is not so bad as compared to KL CDB.

I hope those who travel far for daily work commute are doing it solely due to the financial reward is worthwhile. Otherwise an extra 1hr on the road per day of work equates to 12 man days lost per year ~ half month salary worth in time per year. Not including the extra cost of travel/vehicle wear n tear/toll etc etc.

I guess BSS is more ideal for those working up to Putrajaya/Cyberjaya/KLIA/Seremban/Nilai. Anything further north towards KL CBD you might want to think again. Sometimes its not all about buying a cheap landed property. Time and managing daily work commute fatigue is more important in my opinion.

Matrix couldn't care less. Infact sales people wont even tell you about Kualiti Alam existence. Yes the toxic smell can be felt up till Metropark, new Mosque, Idaman Villa/Bayu and sometimes when the winds are strong up till Suriaman.

- Cost is still the main reason, for the price of a BSS house, can get a much nicer house with land up north

Up north is a lot better. Seremban is actually not that cheap, some places like Bangi, Nilai and Dengkil can offer almost comparable prices and being much closer to KL CDB. However if you are considering Kampar, Ipoh, Taiping... How about surveying slightly further south like Melaka. I've seen few adverts on semi-D priced about 500k.

Just passed by the cleared land beside KIP shops near metropark. A land for sale signboard is up. I thought some development coming up there. Apparently not. So much for a rumored "Autocity" as what an agent conned me into some 6+years ago.

On a typical morning traffic or peak hours up to 1hr30mins. If traffic is clear during offpeak. Slightly under 1hr. Assuming u adhere to speed limits.
