Hi guys, I bought a unit at Lunaria3 mid last year. Currently working at bandar puteri puchong, thinking to move there next year once completion.

Agent claimed the time when I bought the house there will be a new highway link sendayan to KLIA and then MEXX 2 is under construction and this will shortened duration.

ANy idea about this highway? Are they due completion soon?

That highway actually senawang - KLIA (SKLIA). Im not sure the status either construction has commenced or not.

I just ring up IJM land office in S2, the unit left in Rimbun Vista is those bumi converted lot, for size of 22x80 after rebate is selling for 670k, they told me IJM did not offer 20% discount.

Maybe yr agent can giv higher discount, do you mind to share the agent contact...
