Hi all sifus here, what ur guys thinking about this government policy? In future may not have new shopping mall as they will stop give approval or license. What about our new icon park shopping mall in bss? Sorry guys as so far me saw in chinese version only. Who has this news in english version may share here to our non-chinese friends

Overpriced? that for sure. If we search subsale house in bss, able to find cheaper around 100k-150k than current price and size more spacious than current new launching. However, most of younger generations unable to afford initial payment for subsale. So, developer offers zero downpayment + cashback is very attractive to those young ppl eventhough it is overpriced.

Today saw tenant renter in BSS posted about poor workmaship as water leakage again.lt’s really like waterfall. Is really worried me about their quality of house. Any owner here have this issue for yours new house?

btw mine too leak on flat slab porch area... complains several time...and after they coat top and bottom of the slab once...
i redo top waterproofing coating 1 full 20liter bucket for my house alone and ensure no future leak-risk....sure it is... been several years now..looking good without any watermarks found....
