Having been a BSS resident for about 5 years. I'm kinda getting sick reading all the fake highlights about this project by irresponsible property agents. I get calls every week by agents who probably got my number from the developer themselves, as usual i pretend to be someone who is not aware BSS even exist and play on with the phone call. This is how a typical agent call would sound like.
Agent : Hello I'm calling from property marketing agency (They usually don't introduce their names as well they don't know the name of the person they are calling)
Me : Ok.
Agent : Have you heard of this NEW Mega Project located south of Klang Valley?
Me : Oh south Klang Valley ! Putrajaya/Cyberjaya isit?
Agent : Yes, its very close to Putrajaya/Cyber with the upcoming highway project under construction. (Yea rite, been hearing about 12 new highway project since I signed my SPA some 7years ago)
Me : Very close you mean 5-10mins drive isit? (FYI it takes a good 45mins to reach Putrajaya/Cyber)
Agent : Yes 5-10mins to the highway access (like duh, lets get straight to the point shall we)
Me : Ok so where is this project?
Agent : This Mega Project is near to KLIA (again not telling me the place ~ FYI KLIA itself is 30mins from Sendayan, I know as i work in KLIA and live in Sendayan

)
Me : Mr..... whatever your name is, how about you tell me straight where is the location of this house you are trying to propose to me. Stop telling me near to Everest and walking distance from Atlantis. You wasted 5mins of my time just telling me whats around it.
Agent : No sir, it is very important as a marketing personal to explain the key selling point of this project in relation the proximity of this place in relation to the surrounding area. (Bullshit)
Me : Ok I'm hanging up in a minute.
Agent : So sorry Sir, ok this project name is Bandar Sri Sendayan beside Seremban 2. Its a 5xxx acre....bla bla bla bla bla (you guys probably know the rest)
Me : What amenities are there?
Agents : We have an upcoming megamall (BS no.1, heard it since 2012), a hospital under construction (BS no.2, heard it since Iron Man 2), we got a highway to KLIA (seriously? i mean a 2 lane JKR road which got delayed since 2014 you are calling that a highway?) we have 2 CBD (

yes literally a ghost town with more banglas, nepali and now myanmar migrant workers starting to occupy the 1st n 2nd floors)
Me : Mr.Agent, FYI I live in BSS, been staying here for 5yrs. The only thing i noticed is none of what you've said and more of your irresponsible thuggish agents congregating near Petron Metropark hogging up the area making it difficult for residents to fill up our petrol and stopping by for food nearby the stalls opposite the place. You guys are lying through your nose and teeth about all the amenities that are here. Have some dignity and at least market whats best this project can offer like heavy discounts, huge built up area houses and the low density of population. Dont talk C*ck and assume people are stupid these days.
Agent : Hung up.
That's how a typical XX Realty agent do their marketing.
The point is, I'm not implying BSS is a bad place to live or a bad investment. Honestly I like this place just for what it is, houses are affordable, the units are huge and it works well for me in terms of the proximity of KLIA. This place is peaceful with less crowd and makes it a nice place to build a family away from the hustle and bustle. But these agents are painting the wrong picture and buyers who get caught buying solely due to the false promises and upcoming features which is not going to happen will only damage the image of the area.

and klia-sendayan highway actually in pipeline to connect main seremban town as well.. just not sure when will be implimented...
