Yes yes.
Celcom so generous, now offering 2GB for RM3 add on.
Even better than 3GB for RM5 add on offer.

[attachmentid=9314890]

Had to install Instagram because of free 10GB monthly quota.

To test water only...

wanted to ask, anyone else have bought from celcom online store and facing this problem?

i purchased iphone 8+ with first gold 98 (paid the full price + advance payment)
but after 10 days still havent received my phone and no update from customer service - i have made 3 reports, all no update- not to mention their customer service is horrendous. Mind you, they advertised that they will delivered within 3 days!!!

I know some ppl mention there is no stock. But should it be if there is no stock, they should put sold out on the website like Digi did??

I never used celcom before except for prepaid, so I was quite surprised their service is like this

Celcom Postpaid definition of FREE unlimited social apps logic.
QUOTE
What is FREE Unlimited Social Apps?
You can use unlimited WhatsApp & WeChat without utilising your plan’s Internet quota

What if I run out of Internet and still use WhatsApp & WeChat?
You can continue using WhatsApp & WeChat at a speed of 64kbps.

How long is this FREE Unlimited Social Apps?
You will continue to enjoy the benefit for as long as your line is active.

Which is if your weekday internet data is still have a lot. This social apps will use your weekday internet data. Well, WhatsApp commonly used for send photo & video & chat only.

But, after you fully utilized weekday internet data. FREE Unlimited Social apps just running at speed of 64kbps only. The logic is this? You will experience slow download picture & video on WhatsApp & Wechat.

Better say that you(Celcom) not offer FREE Unlimited Social apps at all. 64kbps speed? You want me to wait loading finish first.

Let me tell you my experience. I recently updated my current package to first platinum, along with ordering a Note 8. I received my phone and new sim in about a week, but guess what? I immediately called them to activate my new sim, and it took calling them EVERY day for 1 week to activate it. Think that's the end of it? Nope. Now my mobile data only does youtube, yonder, and google play/gmail/whatsapp. I can do google search but that's about it. I can't connect to ANY sites at all unless I proxy through google amp/weblight. No other apps/games can use mobile data because it seems that the requests aren't going through. So calling everyday about that, each time is the same story - we will activate within 12-24hrs blah blah blah reset your network on our end etc etc. Same thing, doesn't work. There is apparently nothing wrong with my account on their side according to them. I've tried other celcom sims and it works on my phone, but my sim doesn't work with mobile data on other phones the same way. Finally I went to one of the celcom branches and one of the techs said after testing that there was something missing on the sim or not activated on their end and that he knew what was up (he tested the sim on his laptop) but I had to wait for it to get processed by the other division. I hope this is true because I am a little frustrated at waiting any longer. Oh yeah I did exchange sim just to see if mine was faulty, but nope, same problem. I have to mention though, that every single rep I talked to was nice and tried to be helpful and I am appreciative of that. None of them were rude and I genuinely felt like they tried to help. I can only say that it was just frustrating being a long time customer (pre 2k) and I thought things like this would be more seamless and get settled within the same day. They really need to work out the technical side of things.
I hope you don't run into the same trouble as me, I don't know how common that is. I asked to have my ticket escalated a few times, but until now I am stuck with a half working mobile data. Also, I could never get the support ticket submission working from the website (network issue area). Btw, anyone on first platinum able to dial 1881 or 0196011881? I thought that's the help line for first customers. Doesn't work for me. I should get a rebate or something, paying for something I am unable to fully utilise (entering 3rd week now).

Is it possible to buy Xpax reload and reload it as credit into my Celcom Postpaid account?

I have heard people doing that for other telcos, since there's a lot of sales for prepaid credit in online shopping platforms, just wondering if it works?

it seems like ordering online from celcom is a wrong move.

I noticed today my order is no longer active, instead it was marked as failure
i called the customer service, they said they cant do anything about that, and i dont even know if i will get the phone or not
or if i dont get will i get refund..
went to celcom centre and all they can do is email the customer service back and wait again
adoiiii

as u said, it always waiting game..need to more report, more waiting

frust already

That just free for 12 month only.
You pay RM115 & get total 140GB data(100GB Super Video Walla™ + 40GB Weekday Internet).

Me plan to subscribe for 12 month & will stop if 100GB data to streaming is no longer offer. By that time, me will look Digi Infinite 150 or Digi BB100. For now enjoy this for 1 year. Later port out if no good offer. brows.gif

Still waiting Viu to support.
10 partner support Video Walla:

1)YouTube
2)iflix
3)Netflix
4)Tonton
5)Astro Go
6)Dimsum
7)HeroTalkies
8)Mox Digital
9)Metro TV
10)Dailymotion

Infinite 80 suit for individual smartphone usage.
If want more data to hotspot. Infinite 100 give 20GB hotspot data. smile.gif

Btw, not gonna sign-up. Waiting till they extend again. If they terminate infinite plan. Bye² to see Celcom unlimited data plan. Maxis also just limit need to subscribe Maxis Fibre. Oh well....

Not bad contributor suggestion. smile.gif
