FREE 10GB Instagram when you subscribe internet plans. Also, now Xpax add back Data Rollover(previously known as Carry Forward Data).

No specific method I'd done beside the usual data plan renewal and extra topup. My xpax prepaid data is RM50 for 10gb per month, renewed and the end of Oct. A day later I topped up RM10 and voila, the next day I've received the message: "RM0 Exclusive for you! Get Add On Internet 3GB for only RM5 with Xpax! Send 3GB45 to 28882 to subscribe! Sincerely, Celcom", yesterday (thursday).
Though I didn't get the promotion last month, as I recall.

I think it's depending on your validity period. The 3gb will adds to your existing data, in my case I have 12.5GB left for 27 days left.

Why not? Me as a user also happy what...RM5/3gb based on your sub validity.

Mine sub for RM20/2gb/month + RM5/3gb + RM5/3gb + RM5/3gb + RM5/3gb = RM40 for 14gb/month, on top of free 10gb facebook

The only RM20/month is Addon Basic Plan.
