Good evening everyone, recently I ported out from Celcom to Maxis, but Celcom still charge me full month. For example, my biling cycle is on the 14/10/2017, but i ported out on the 28/9/2017. Isn’t it Celcom only chargeable 14/9/2017-28/9/2017? But instead, they charged me till 14/10/2017, i thought it will prorated?
