I currently subscribed to mix and match RM42 for 6mbps unlimited data. But I only got 3mbps in fast.com? Anyone getting the same issue?

I am currently using Celcom MEGA 80 without contract. Just now I received a call from 03-78904473 and he offered me the plan upgrade:
Rm50 / month
50GB data (currently 40GB)
No contract
Does anyone else happen to be offered the same? Not sure if it's legit or not so i just replied that i will think about it first.
Update: I went to local celcom cube and the CS there said it is legit but since it is an offer from HQ, Only HQ can offer that package.

Hey guys any difference between the xpax postpaid and celcome Mega in terms of speed and coverage?
For xpax postpaid, will it deduct automatically from your cerdit card or do i need to reload a wallet just like prepaid?
