I have a celcom prepaid package long ago Xpax which could buy 2 years validity, I noticed celcom is arbitrarily deducted the money if detected there is internet data usage even 1kb will deduct 50sen, so far this month already deducted RM5, but I already block all internet data usage for simcard celcom, and also block and set the limit for celcom simcard is 0 kb, but again the celcom still deducted money arbitrarily.

I have contacted celcom helpdesk, they said celcom detected data usage and deducted the money, and they said this is because the old xpax package didn't have basic internet, celcom suggest to convert to new xpax plan with basic internet (but can not buy 2 years validity which is a must for me, cause this celcom simcard is for my aunt to use, she seldom call, and just receive call and with 2 years validity.), I asked celcom helpdesk to block all the internet data usage for this simcard, celcom helpdesk said they cant block

Anyone encounter such a problem? How to solve this. Thank you for all the replies.

Can celcom prepaid buy 1 year validity , and can celcom prepaid buy certain internet data eg 10gb with no expiry date till the data use up? tq

what is this prepaid subscriber internet data for this old XPAX? unlimited usage data RM35 monthly package? Could we use this unlimited usage data RM35 monthly in modem or hotspot? what is the speed? TQ

I hv a very old xpax prepaid simcard, more than 10 years which can buy 2 years validity with rm50 and must add rm30 topup within 6 months, so for 2 years minimum has to spend rm80.

There is a problem last time, the old xpax simcard has no basic internet data, if connected to celcom 4g, it will consider as using internet data PAYU and in a split seconds Rm10 was deducted ( the max amount can be deducted per day), so hv to lock to use celcom 2g only for this old xpax simcard and mainly for calling, is this problem still persist for old xpax simcard to connect to celcom 4g will be considered as using data and money will be deducted arbitrarily nowsaday ? tq

Does Celcom prepaid have such service, could buy 1 year validity for certain amount of money, which no need to top up prepaid frequently?

Does Celcom prepaid have such service could buy internet data which has long validity, let's say 10gb internet data valid for 1 year? Tq

have an old xpax simcard which could buy two years validity, but the problem is no basic internet data, and it will deduct the money arbitrarily if connected to 4G signal saying has connected to PAYU, only could connect to 2g to avoid money being deducted. Today tested again to connect to 4G and the problem still persist. Finally converted to other telco.......

plan lama celcom xpax, kalau connect signal 4g, bukankah celcom akan secara rawak tolak duit secara PAYU 50sen/kb sehingga
maks RM10 sehari? Saya hanya berani set signal 2g only supaya duit tidak ditolak rawak.

Will the very old plan still be able to get RM50 for 2 years validity?

For the very old xpax simcard, if connect to the 4G, sometimes celcom will trigger as using PAYU internet data and deduct the money arbitrarily, max RM10 deducted daily, will your old simcard encounter such problem? TQ

Last time the big old simcard, using scissors to cut it into micro-simcard, later went to celcom center to change to new 3 in 1 simcard free without any charges as long as the simcard has been using more than 1 year. And then it will connect to 4G signal.

any recommended modem brand with band 28 and can lock band? Thank you
