trying to upgrade my dad Celcom First Blue to XPax Lite but got error message cry.gif
call the CS and they say memang tak boleh, have to sign up new plan only can cry.gif

1st is ..your number are not tied to any contract..than port out to other telco..ex. hotlink..it does have unlimited data n call for RM35..

Grace period is 30 days..near the 29th can ask for port out..

I m using first basic 38 and able to change to xpax lite at celcom website today..it change to new plan within few hours..

I tried the website also it doesn't work, giving me error message.
Called the support also they say cannot.

Hi guys...

My father lost his handphone those nokia type.
After 3 hrs, he immediately went to celcom get a new SIM card.

So the old sim card already deactivate.
But the fellow who got my father phone use the sim card register new account like telegram, WhatsApp and others.
My father keep receiving pin code.

How to totally make it dead for old sim card? Like unable to identify the number anymore.

nothing to do with old sim card. anybody who has the number can use it to try and register. but the tac only goes to the activated sim. just ignore it eventually the fella will stop it.
