Celcom never says anything about the FUP Limit... so, their algorithm will detect accordingly for each individuals...In other words, the CUP35 FUP Limit is "varies" but not unlimited for sure...

So far so good no people hit the ceiling yet for FUP, seem nice enough...but speed only 3mbps

That's why need to test whether we can be "patient" to live with 3Mbps or not... if cannot, then no choice need to look somewhere else...
