I am currently on First Basic 38, 4GB + 1GB data a month and unlimited calls to Celcom lines. So far so good until I noticed I needed more data now. Received an invite for XP Lite postpaid, 12GB + 3GB data for RM58.

1) Has anyone subscribed to this? How much data can we carry forward?
2) Does it still offer unlimited calls to Celcom lines?
3) Is it worth the upgrade for my case? (RM20 more a month)
4) Seems there is a Dec promo of free daily voucher (movies, grab, etc.) and "Ultra Hour Pass" does anyone know what that is?

Anyone with xpax prepaid got free 20gb data today?

im just renew my weekly data plan today (prepaid) and celcom just give extra 20gb (follow plan expired date) for first time ever.

One day validity only? Is that useful?

celcom at their habit when they offer something, the validity is only on the short period.

Not everyone can get VoLTE on Celcom

VoLTE is currently supported on most new smartphones, however, Celcom will only offer it to NumberShare subscribers for now.

My celcom contract ended on 17th. Prior to expiring, I visited the Celcom shop in Nu Sentral, and customer service mentioned since I'm loyal customer, they can offer rm68 plan to me.

Today I went KLCC Celcom, they said no such thing. No loyal plan bla bla bla. Not entitled to rm68 plan, only for new numbers.

Damn pissing off tbh. Anyone got such experience? I wanna downgrade from my current rm98 plan. Only need 10gb data a month.
