Digi unlimited call is only Digi to Digi for RM38 (misleading right?)
Only RM58 give you Unlimited call to all network with 8GB all day

i understand about the 12 hour Unlimited Internet between 12am to 12pm which happen to be 12 hours duration
but why the need to say 24 hours Unlimited Calls?? Does it mean only allocated 24hours for the whole month?
Should have say Unlimited Calls only right?

i really confuse with conditional wordings and terms about Digi promotion.
Digi is famous for hidden T&C.
Speed capped to 2Mbps ..cannot hotspot those Unlimited Internet as well.
and i believe also got Quota for those UNlimited 12hour internet as well.

Hey guys, if I sign up for Celcom Gold (RM80 package), and I subsribe to the additional RM10 all day internet package. Does that mean that my internet will be upgraded to 40GB?

On the other note, I am actually First Blue right now, the RM45 package. I am supposed to get 5GB weekday, 5GB weekend, but in myprepaid app, it shows that i only have 2GB available for weekday internet? 2GB for weekend?

the bolded part is not conditional quota? Celcom worst part is none of the package included call mins. which forcing you for 30 cents per min calls? and the freaking PPU, come on, 2018 already. this is why my celcom line put inside my drawer.

Celcom is good if you want more data.
Want more call. Choose maxis or digi.

That why got addon lo if you stream LIVE Facebook a lot.

As for Instagram.. It only Give you free 10GB if you buy internet plan.
So that why got addon as well.

As for normal plan.. Just buy the rm20 2GB monthly plan lo.
Not enough.. It is either RM3 for 2GB or rm5 for 3GB Addon as well.

Where got Unlimited data with VPN for celcom.
It could be either capped speed or Addon quota full speed.

The only unlimited with VPN is Umobile lo.

Hi guys, I got some problem registering a celcom line. I was told that someone is using my IC number and registered 9 accounts. Due to this, they can't help me to register. Anyone know what can I do?

You have two choices, the easy way or the correct way

Easy way:

1. Go to celcom and ask for all the numbers under your IC

2. Claim new simcards for ALL the numbers that is not with you.

3. If prepaid then easiest would be to mnp out to another telco (like Altel, Hotlink, Friendi) and do not activate it. Let it expire within 30-60days.

4. If postpaid then check for bill cycle date and payment received then port them out to prepaids and let them expire. (You can check bill amount/due at the payment kiosk)
Correct way:

1. Lodge police report

2. Lodge report with SKMM

3. Lodge report to telco for termination.  (The SOP is that telco must suspend the lines after receiving your report)

4. Wait some more and wait some more.until telco informs you its all done.

actually there is a 3rd way but i am not sure whether it is possible or not.
Since under your name...
you can request immediate termination or immediate suspension.

yes.... same ic different name. currently reconfirming with celcom before I go make police report.
