Mine working already, just about to hard reset my phone as ppl are complaining cannot call my line. Went to shop next door (just before hard reset, after network reset does not work) and been told Celcom line down, check lowyat its nationwide.

same here.

ask for compensation ...

not even an acceptable compensation for me for i don't use both.

meh..for the past 1 week, mine was 3g not ok, 4g ok. then, 4g not ok, 3g ok. ask their cs via AMA, they said need to change to 3g if 4g not ok and change to 4g if 3g not ok.

they did reset my network.

atm, my 4g not usable. but 3g is great. an hour b4 that, 3g not ok, so i use 4g.
