I'm afraid the game will never be good enough to justify the development time. But I'm still eagerly awaiting it, hopefully within a year. Otherwise they would probably exhaust all their funds that no amount of sales is going to make up for all the money spent.

tat teaser sure din stir up my loins, for sure... too predictable 12 years n u would have thought tat they will come up with more innovative stuff. Come on, 3drealms! Make a 'darker' duke o whatever, suprise us, make up for those 12 years u took from our lives!! Do u need a dozen more lightyears for tat?

just see the teaser and i feel the graphics technology is like way back in 2000...nothing special comparing with the crysis graphics technology QUOTE(raptorclans @ Dec 24 2007, 09:19 AM) I hope they buck up with the game fast... it's really taking "Forever" to make "Forever" buck up and at the same time make high quality duke plus make sure it scores 9.8 in GS which i can only dream about it

Hahaha... yeah... even though they're taking so long to do this, I still really want them to succeed in making an excellent game... I mean, it's DUKE!

Duke Nukem Forever SightingThat's right. A human, in the year 2008 has seen 'moving' images of Duke Nukem Forever. Actual ones. He must be God. Apparently Steve Gibson of Shacknews saw it : http://www.gameguru.in/first-person-shoote...rever-snippets/Another sighting : http://www.retroblast.com/20080429610/Late...er-Sighting.phpWow - - They saw different gameplay scenarios, mechanics as well as environments of Duke Nukem Forever. The lucky folks over at Shacknews were able to see a demonstration of DNF for a good half hour. The article reads, “We actually got to see the truth of Duke curator George Broussard’s many past claims, including environmental puzzles and interactivity, a host of finished weapons, the existence of an in-game forklift, and plenty of heads and arms being blown off.” Actual creature from the game. 'Actual'.

Is all about gameplay. I just hope the CEo like it this time.... hope it didn't like that year, when it half way complete and the project get scraped
