This is one thing, another is rental as cheap as possible. They will just rent out when agent call and low ball them, because a most of "this kind"  popoti buyer has not much of holding power as they thought optimistically. 1 unit=dsr already burst lol.

As we can see, investment is emphasis about Location Location and Location.
MRT station actually is not a selling point for this moment now.
You have to study about
population,
number of jobs create in that area in future,
future selling demand but no more expected selling price, (Who is going to buy your property and what is the price they may offer, you know surrounding what is the price)
future rental which you can foresee the rental actually not high and not fully occupied yet for that area. In few years time gain more 4000++ units with a new mall.
Guys, i advice you to study more project and only decide as there is more gold which you haven't discover yet in the city.

I figure condo like these are dime a dozen. Just open iproperty or property guru and u will see how many Maxim Residency units are being sold. So I think once this MM project finish, many units will be put up for sale. Can pick and choose then and can see the finish product Too. No risk and no need pay extra interest on Loan.

Condo further than Ekocheras all should be priced cheaper. And many to choose from. Some more this MM will forfeit rm2500 if u cancel booking. So once u book, u kinda committed to signing spa. Unless u get 2 Loan rejection.

I am buying for own stay, high density will mix up many kind of people such as foreign.

Batu 11 is really too far from the town. My concern on the jam because sat and sun i will drive out to here and there. So if need bad jam go out bad jam back home really big concern.
