QUOTE(darenlks @ Dec 17 2017, 06:41 PM) I have no issue with HyppTV though but I did encounter streaming issue (keep buffering) with my mibox via USB to LAN cable adapter. I'm now using wifi to stream and no more buffering issue, not sure whether my adapter issue or router Lan port does not work well with Lan connection via adapter Strange, by right lan connection is very straight forward right? not much to set with compared to wifi. Since all my lan connections has buffering problem, can i assume that my unit cud be defective? I m really at a lost on what to do now This post has been edited by arrsoo: Dec 17 2017, 11:25 PM

QUOTE(TP-LINK MY @ Dec 18 2017, 12:40 PM) Dear Arrsoo, you can send the defective unit to Plaza Low Yat service center for the warranty claim. Remember to bring your purchase receipt along ya. Thanks for responding, do they give a brand new 1 to 1 exchange?

guys,
just to check, when you guys change to a new routers, do you all hv to call TM to reset port in order for the new routers to work? Or just unplug and plug and setup/configure will do without calling TM to reset port?
And when we call TM to reset port, what will TM do actually? just reset password?

QUOTE(SilentVampire @ Dec 22 2017, 01:01 PM) No bro, you don’t need to call TM to reset port when you configure the new router. You just unplug the old router, and setup and configure the new router normally. They reset the connection on their end, and restart it again. They don’t reset your password in any way. ah...ok, thanks
