Anyone having media volume problem? Once entered the game, the sound suddenly disappeared, tried to max out media volume but still no sound at all.

I found a problem with my phone.. sometimes the top part of the screen not responding, cant pull down quick menu or touch on the top part.. other part of the screen still work.. i need to turn off the screen and on it back to fix the problem..
The problem not often occur..so far only happen about 3 to 4 times in a week.. |

Just asking because seen my cousin pulling few times few mm below the actual top due to black bars.The problem not often occur..so far only happen about 3 to 4 times in a week.. |
