i need opinion from u guys..should i go for acoustic or electro acoustic?
i already have a cheapo amp. if i choose acoustic it will be yamaha f310. got any recommendation for electro acoustic guitar? my budget is around 300-400 only..

Well I guess it all depends on the use. Because honestly acoustic pickups (may it be undersaddle piezo, soundhole, magnetic, or even combo with built-in condenser mic) and no matter what brand (Fishman, K&K, L.R. Braggs, AER etc) can never compete with the sound from a well positioned condenser mic. Because IMHO, a pickup just can't capture the true warmth and personality of your acoustic guitar. I know that there's acoustic imaging pedals (i.e. Fishman Aura, Zoom A1 etc) that can compensate the "feeling" lost but I haven't tested them so can't give an opinion on them.
1) If your intention is mainly to practice and/or record at home. Forget the pick-up (want to have good recording sound, then get a condenser mic)
2) If your intention is to perform live, also depends. For small intimate gigs, I still recommend using a mic, for big gigs (ala outdoor festivals and stuff) then I guess then you'll need a pickup.
