Hey guys,
Anyone of you using Huawei E5186 modem facing no internet when making call?
Last time if i make phone call, the router will take 1 to 2 mins switch from 4G to 3G after that able to surf as usual at 3G's speed, but now its totally no internet. i call someone for 6 mins, no internet for 6 mins until i hang up.

I adhered and forwarded them email that I received from Digi Store that confirmed my RM 318 payment. After ding dong for a week, they managed to do it and admitted it happened due to my account no. changed. My amount was adjusted. So, in summary: 1) It can be done if you have an existing Digi account and would like to combine with it. 2) Do it after your RM 318 (with GST) is totally off-set. Thank you for sharing your experienced with us. I will give DiGi a call soon to change the billing cycle date. Prefer 1st of every month.
